At La Girandola, you are truly a guest. Our personal philosophy is simple:much is possible, nothing is mandatory.
In 1999, Isabelle and Erik (a Belgian-Dutch couple), completely changed course. After starting out in Umbria, we found our permanent home in Le Marche, also known as ‘Italy in miniature’. Here we realized our dream: an old farmhouse in Cupramontana that we personally transformed into an idyllic holiday retreat.
Your guides to authentic Italy
By now, we are fully integrated and proudly contribute to the local community:- Erik is chairman of the local association of accommodations and manages the Wine Label Museum and the Tourist Office. In addition, he is active in the municipal cultural service, the driving force behind the many events in Cupramontana.
- Isabelle is actively involved in the local history society and the municipal herb garden.
